1. Introduction
Welcome to AFROFIT Club Dubai (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.afrofitdubai.com) (“Website”) and your participation in our services (including dance classes, fitness training, memberships, and packages) (collectively, “Services”).By accessing or using the Website or participating in our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions
• “Client”, “you”, “your” – any person using our Website and/or participating in our Services.
• “Membership” – a recurring package offering access to classes.
• “Package” – a prepaid bundle of classes or sessions.
• “Trainer” – any instructor or coach engaged by us.
• “Class” – any group, private, or online session we provide.
3. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website in compliance with UAE laws and these Terms.You must not use the Website for unlawful purposes or attempt to damage or disable it.We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any part of the Website at our discretion.
4. Booking, Memberships & Payment
• Bookings must be made via our Website or official booking platform.
• Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise specified.
• Memberships or packages are non-transferable and non-shareable.
• We may refuse or cancel a booking for non-payment, policy breach, or safety concerns.
• All prices are shown in AED and inclusive/exclusive of VAT (as applicable).
5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Attendance
• Group Classes: must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture.
• Private Sessions: require at least 24–48 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellation.
• No-Shows: count as attended and are non-refundable.
• Studio Cancellations: If we cancel a class due to instructor unavailability or emergencies, we will offer an alternative session or credit.
6. Refund Policy
We aim to ensure all clients are satisfied with our Services. However, due to the nature of fitness and training programs, please note the following refund terms:
6.1 General Policy
• All purchases (memberships, packages, and single sessions) are non-refundable once activated, attended, or partially used.
• Refunds may only be issued in specific circumstances described below.
• Refunds, when approved, will be made using the original payment method within 14 business days.
6.2 Refund Eligibility
A refund may be approved if:
1. You experience a verified medical condition that prevents participation (medical certificate required).
2. We permanently cancel a program or membership without offering a suitable alternative.
3. You are relocating permanently outside of the UAE (official proof of relocation required).
6.3 Non-Refundable Cases
• Failure to attend or late cancellations (less than 24 hours).
• Expired sessions, packages, or memberships.
• Promotional or discounted packages.
• Online class purchases or digital content once accessed or downloaded.
• Refund requests made after the policy period has lapsed.
6.4 Transfers & Credits
• In some cases, we may offer class credits or transfers instead of cash refunds. • Credits must be used within the validity period stated on your package.
6.5 Processing
• All refund or credit requests must be submitted in writing to [info@afrofitdubai.com].
• We may require supporting documents (medical reports, proof of relocation, etc.) before approval.
• Approved refunds will be processed minus any applicable administrative or bank processing fees.
7. Participation, Health & Safety
By attending any Afrofit Dubai session, you confirm you are medically fit to participate and understand the physical risks involved. You agree to follow all safety instructions from trainers and staff.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our Website, social media, and marketing materials belongs to Afrofit Dubai and cannot be reused without written permission.
9. Privacy & Data
Your personal information is collected and processed per our [Privacy Policy]. We do not share or sell your data.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred while participating in our Services unless caused by our proven negligence.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Afrofit Dubai, its trainers, and staff against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of Services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
